Our Service Provider

Because we consider high quality field services essential, AseptiScope has partnered with one of the top third party service providers in the United States for installing and servicing The DiskCover System. KR Wolfe provides highly trained professional technicians, who are available for dispatch throughout the US. Their field service teams are able to obtain vendor credentialing, provide systematic documentation, create proper quality control procedures, and with 24 hour dispatch capabilities are able to provide qualified staff in limited service windows. Their technicians are also available on a case-by-case basis to assist as an augmentation of your own service team.

We offer two service packages for your convenience, Installation and Field Service, and will provide you with a personalized quote usually within 24 hours.


For the Installation Service, our trained technicians will provide experienced advice on the optimal placement and proper wall mounting of the DiskCover Dispensers for a large institution or a small office practice. If you select Installation Services online, we will hold your order and contact you promptly for more information and a quote, usually within 24 hours. If you accept the quote for our Installation Service, we will update your order and forward it to you for final acceptance. You will then be contacted by KR Wolfe for planning and scheduling.

Field Service:

Our specialized Field Service involves a visit every 3 months to check on the operational health of all the installed dispensers. Our technicians will change batteries, clean, trouble shoot and ensure that all dispensers are in good working order and arrange for replacement for those that are not. The normal 1-Year Warranty on all DiskCover products is automatically extended for the life of a Field Service Agreement. If you choose Field Service, your quote and the standard Field Service Agreement will be provided for your review. If you accept the agreement, the first visit will be added to your bill and processed. All subsequent visits will be billed as they occur.
